About Field Nine Group

Field Nine Group is a portfolio company managing five distinct ventures: Adriana Lacy Consulting, Influencer Journalism, InsightFlow Analytics, Social Chime and Channel Nine Studio. As we scale across multiple industries, we're seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO in managing operations and driving execution across all ventures.

The Role

The Chief of Staff will serve as the CEO's strategic right hand, managing day-to-day operations, project oversight, and executive support across Field Nine Group's portfolio. This role requires someone who can synthesize information across multiple ventures, anticipate needs, and drive outcomes with minimal direction.

This position will work closely with our existing logistics coordinator while serving as the strategic lead for operations, priorities, and project management.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Operations (8-10 AM ET availability required)

Executive Briefings & Communication

• Prepare comprehensive daily briefings by 8 AM including schedule context, meeting preparation materials, and priority updates
• Monitor executive inbox and respond to routine inquiries, scheduling requests, and time-sensitive matters
• Draft responses for items requiring CEO input and approval
• Maintain real-time communication via Slack for urgent items during core hours

Calendar & Meeting Management

• Provide strategic context for all meetings (background on attendees, discussion topics, relevant history)
• Coordinate with logistics team on scheduling execution
• Ensure CEO is prepared for every engagement with relevant materials and talking points
